On Sunday, September 17th, of the Permian Basin Writers Workshop, there will be a team-up of two highly successful Christian fiction writers, DiAnn Mills and Cynthia Ruchti. Cynthia is also the representative from the American Christian Fiction Writers. They will share what it takes to be a successful Christian writer and how that genre differs. They are dynamic and will inspire you to get on board with your writing, no matter the genre.
DiAnn will be teaching “Writing the Christian Novel – It’s All About the Character” in the F. Marie Hall Academic Building on the Midland College campus.
Christian fiction emerges the reader into any genre that embraces a character who solves a problem or reaches a goal through a Christian worldview. DiAnn’s workshop instructs the writer in the dynamics of showing a Christian character through a power-point led presentation and hands-on workshop.
