DiAnn Teaches Free Expressions’ Writing Success Series Webinar

DiAnn will be teaching a webinar on JANUARY 27, 2022: EXPLORING THE ART OF CHARACTER as part of Free Expressions’ Winter/Spring Writing Success Series.
Helen Keller said, “Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.” This is as true for fictional characters as it is for us.
A commitment to perfecting characterization is a writer’s ticket to devising a powerful story. Concentrating on a character with the guidelines in this workshop will encourage an organic approach and allow the story to rise from individualistic traits and life experiences. Expect to spend lots of time thinking about your protagonist and antagonist. Don’t be surprised if your characters reveal something remarkable!
