Happy 4th of July to the greatest country on earth!
The ways we celebrate our country’s birthday are varied—parades, picnics, backyard barbecues, firework displays, relaxing with family and friends, or simply spending a day of quiet. No matter how you enjoy the holiday, remember the hard work and sacrifice our founding fathers and so many others made to ensure we have this 243rd birthday.

We celebrated yesterday, and what a God-blessed day! Much is wrong in both these great countries, but God has not given up on either. May He who is above our Prime Minister, and
President, continue to fill you to overflowing with His peace, and the only true hope!
Thank you, Frances, and you are so right. We have beautiful countries but we make so many mistakes. Praise God we have a God who is faithful.
I’ve put various 4th of July decorations all around the house. We’ll get together with the neighbors, play games, and watch the fireworks from around the world on TV. We used to sit out in the city park and watch them live but we’ve become too wimpy to fight off mosquitos and sit in the heat.
Happy 243rd birthday to our nation, unmeasurable thanks to those who guard our nation’s freedom, and happy 4th to everyone!
