Kelly grew up in Southwest Colorado exploring the outdoors as well as her hometown library, then transplanted to Southern California for college. She claims her formative years were in Colorado, and thus she’ll always be a Colorado girl. She met her husband, Joseph, at work and they have been married for thirteen years. By day she’s the queen of her own castle with three active boys. By night (or early morning), she writes happily ever after stories filled with romance and suspense from the Central Coast of California.

There’s nothing better than having more insight into our favorite authors. So I asked Kelly a few questions.

Q: What is your home state?

A: I grew up in Colorado, but California is home now.

 

Q: What is your superpower?

A: I can read (skim sometimes!) really fast!

 

Q: What is your favorite vacation spot?

A: We are a boating family, so anytime I can go to the lake on a sunny day is a vacation

 

Q: What is your favorite genre?

A: Romantic suspense or romance, sometimes historical romance. Sensing a theme here?

 

Q: Do you have a hobby?

A: I love to run outside.

 

Q: What are you reading?

A: Since it’s Christmas, I’m reading: The Spirit of Christmas by Cynthia Ruchti (an advent devotional), and Holly and Nick Hate Christmas by Betsy St. Amant

Q: Any other special interests?

A: At this stage of my life, I’m a mom of three boys, so most of my spare time is focused on their interests. Right now, it’s a lot of bikes and parks and keeping up with school messages.

Another author introduced me to a new author bought the book and itis now in the recycle bin – thank you for introducing to her will add her to my lst – if I may I just finished reading a new author Colleen Cobble WITHOUT A TRACE for me a great read it is the first boo of four. Hoping this was appropriate DiAnn wishing you a blessed year with new books for me to read in Lamentations it says GODi is our portion so our HOPE is in him -HAPP NEW YEAR readers
