October is National Cookie Month!
Baking is one of my passions, especially delectable cookies. How could I pass up an opportunity to whip up an All-American Favorite with a twist?
Cookie baking is really easy, and I have a few rules that always means good results. My recipe is the original Toll-House Cookie but I used large M&Ms instead of chocolate chips.

Rule #1 is don’t shirk on the ingredients.
Rule #2 – Real butter.
Rule #3 – Real vanilla.
Note the eggs came from Texas. 🙂
Rule #4 – Bring out the electric mixer.
Rule #5 – Chill the dough for at least an hour.
Rule #6 – Place the chilled dough on parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees.
Yum. The sweet aroma filled my kitchen.
Had to brew a cup of coffee.
Now bite into a cookie and Expect an Adventure.
What is your favorite cookie?
