DESCRIPTION:DiAnn’s excited to join the Inspirational Writers Alive Central Houston group for their 2024 Workshop Day that will be on Saturday\, May 4\, 2024. \nTeaching time 8:30 – 12:15 (3-hour long workshop with breaks & Q&A at end) \n“How to Launch Your Book in 2024″ \nEvery great book deserves a successful book launch. A writer’s goal is to place well-written books into the hands and hearts of readers. Entering the world of retail and appealing to readers takes creativity\, imagination\, and organization. Sometimes courage. The task can appear daunting\, yet with the proper steps\, the writer can complete the job effectively and efficiently \nA successful book launch isn’t a dribble of social media on the day of release\, it’s a series of orchestrated steps that begins when the book idea is conceived. The process takes organization and time\, and that’s what we’re going to talk about. The who\, how\, what\, where\, when\, and why of a book launch. Not one single thing works in a book launch\, it’s a combination of efforts that embrace a common goal. \nThis 3-hour workshop is hands-on with handouts to help the writer launch their book into readers’ hands.
